Yes. Rihalix is ready. We set up your workspace, import your drivers, vehicles, partners and customers, and train your team on their own phones.
Is Rihalix a GPS fleet tracker?
No. Rihalix is limousine and chauffeur operations software: bookings, dispatch, partners, corporate clients and margins. If you already use a GPS tracker, you keep it.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. Drivers and partners receive their trip details on WhatsApp, and your team updates each trip in Rihalix.
Can I use partner companies for some trips?
Yes. Assign any trip to a partner with their driver, plate and agreed cost, and see your margin on it straight away.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Rihalix runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app, on iPhone and Android.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen and document works in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout.
Can my corporate clients book directly?
Yes. Each corporate client gets its own portal to book rides, follow trips and track spend against budget. You approve every request.
Can other companies see my data?
No. Each company's data is kept separate, and only the people you invite can sign in.
Can I bring my existing data?
